Victoria’s yoga journey began in 2004, while pregnant with her second son. The strength and courage gained from prenatal Kundalini Yoga classes facilitated a relaxed pregnancy and natural birth. Shortly after she began a regular yoga practice, in the hot room, with Bikram classes.
After almost a year of steady practice, significant improvements in physical health surfaced and life became calmer and richer. It was while taking her first Kundalini Yoga class that she discovered her calling. Victoria experienced a feeling of ‘coming home’.
The power and integrity of the ancient teachings, along with their ability to act as a vehicle of personal change, quickly became apparent. Knowing instinctively that she was meant to teach, she was lead to complete her Level 1 Kundalini Teacher Training at PranaShanti.
Victoria is honored and grateful to now have the opportunity to share the incredible gift of Kundalini Yoga with her students. Her classes provide a space for students from all walks of life, for this is yoga that can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of physical ability.
Although she still enjoys the hot room occasionally, her true passion is Kundalini Yoga. Her warm, fun and inspiring classes aim to uplift and elevate. It is her desire that her students leave class with a stronger, more accepting and compassionate sense of themselves in an often changing and challenging world.
Victoria is also a Level 1 and Level 2 certified Radiant Child Yoga instructor and teaches children’s yoga in her home and at schools.
