Stephanie Turple
Following this newfound passion, she went on to explore Bikram Yoga, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Stephanie is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with a particular interest in Yin and Power Yoga: two opposites, complementing one another.
Stephanie blends yoga asanas with a pinch of philosophy, a touch of humour and a steady breath. She aims to cultivate in her students an awareness of the body, which allows us to remain in the present moment, and an inner stillness, which enables us to access a deep sense of peace.
To date, Stephanie has taken workshops with Mary Flinn, Richard Freeman, Seane Corn and Ray Long.
