Pierre Lefebvre
Pierre Lefebvre has been studying Tai-Chi since 1986 and has been teaching since 1988.
With painful and chronic back pain developed from injuries sustained in his youth, Pierre sought an alternative to surgery. His search brought him to Tai-Chi. After investigating various forms, he concentrated on schools that practice Tai-Chi as a way to centre one self, as an act of personal health and especially as a meditation in continual motion. Tai-Chi cured his chronic back pain, he has completely regained his ability to practice all his physical activities.
Pierre shares his passion of Tai- Chi with students in Ottawa and Montreal in weekly classes, practice and day long workshops.
