Nicole Schramm
Nicole’s discovery of yoga began with its philosophy exemplified by her family(although they didn’t know it at the time). With this foundation she also explored physical movement through dance and was an equestrian.
Always feeling wonderful after physically connecting with the body, she acknowledged there must be a connection of the body to the mind and ultimately the soul or one’s true self. This union became evident when she embarked on the journey of Yoga.
Certified by the Yoga Alliance, she continues her learning by attending workshops and teachings. Nicole enjoys sharing the endless benefits of yoga.
While initially attracted to the physical practice of yoga from her experience in dance, then, having her first class serendipitously taught by Yogi Vishvketu, she soon discovered it was the philosophy of yoga which most appealed to her.
Physically, the body becomes flexible and strong. Mentally, we become more grounded, finding better concentration and ability to relax. Emotionally, feeling joy, calmness and release. As each day is different, so is each class, posture and our experience with them.
Through the combination of asana (posture), pranayama (breath), and meditation (relaxation) in yoga practice, Nicole hopes one will find a deeper awareness, feel good and enjoy.
“‘It is with gratitude that I am able to share this experiential path with others.“
“A home that heals your body, calms the mind and strengthens the spirit.”
