Jennifer (Indra Kaur) started attending yoga classes over 12 years ago, drawn to the hot room for the physical benefits.  She quickly realized it was much more than just a physical challenge.  In 2003, Jennifer graduated from her first 200hr Teacher Training Program and has been teaching Hatha Yoga ever since.

Jennifer continues to expand her knowledge and experience by attending classes, workshops and community events regularly.  She has had the pleasure of teaching Hot Yoga, Power Yoga,  Hatha All Levels, Recovery Yoga, Flow Yoga, Chair/Seniors, Yin Yoga, and Children’s Yoga over the years.

In 2009/2010 Jennifer studied Kundalini Yoga and received her 200hr Level 1 certification from PranaShanti Yoga Centre.  Wahe Guru!

Jennifer has been teaching with PranaShanti for over 2 years and is currently teaching Hatha Flow Yoga , Hot 26 Yoga, Kundalini Yoga and is a Trainer in the Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Program.

She guides her classes with knowledge, compassion, humor and strength encouraging you to get the most out of your practice and be inspired to keep coming back!  She is very grateful to be able to support people to learn more about yoga, natural self care and overall well being.

My yoga practice continues to evolve.  Yoga is not about being perfect.  For me, it is about becoming more aware, more conscious, celebrating my successes and learning to let go of what does not work in my life.  It is a lifetime journey.”
