Shoes

To minimise outdoor weather from traveling into the Centre, please remove your shoes when you enter the Centre and store them in the front reception area. You are welcome to bring and wear indoor sandals or flip flops.

Cell Phones

In order to maintain a peaceful relaxing and healing environment please turn off cell phone ringers and refrain from speaking on cell phones in the Yoga Studio Rooms.

Scent-Free

Due to health concerns arising from exposure to scented products, PranaShanti is committed to providing a fragrance-free environment. Please be mindful of using any perfumes, creams or cleaning agents that may be scented.

Class Cancellation Policy

All single Yoga classes, Yoga class series and Yoga class packages are non transferable and non refundable. Yoga class series and Yoga class packages expire 365 days from date of purchase, excluding the One month and Three month unlimited packages.

We know life has its ups and downs and can change. You can suspend any of our Yoga Class Series or Packages for up to a maximum of six weeks per year. Please inform the Reception Desk and we will adjust your profile. Suspensions must be in 2 week or more increments. No open suspensions are permitted. Sometimes events take us away from yoga, now you know it is waiting here for you.

Workshop and Event Cancellation Policy

It is our policy that no refunds will be provided for Workshop and Event cancellations. However, a credit to your account will be made available up to five (5) days prior to the event or you may arrange for an alternate person to attend in your place.

Return and Replacement Policy

Any item purchased from PranaShanti can be returned within 7 days of purchase with the receipt. If you have received a defective product please notify us within 7 days via email to info@PranaShanti.com to request a replacement. Please provide the following information when requesting a replacement: invoice number, invoice date, your name as it appears on the invoice.

Please note that all items must be in original condition with all packing material and documentation. Please include a photocopy of your original invoice and send your package via a delivery service that provides tracking information. All shipping and handling must be prepaid by the customer.

Currency of Purchases

All purchases at PranaShanti are processed in Canadian funds.

Sales Tax

PranaShanti is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada and orders shipped within the province of Ontario will be taxed with the 13% Harmonised Sales Tax (HST) as applicable. Customers placing international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Shipping Policy

PranaShanti will ship your product to you by the most suitable method at the time of shipping. Estimated shipping charges are automatically calculated for you when placing an order. The total shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order. For shipping within Canada, allow 7 to 10 business days and for outside of Canada, allow 10 to 20 business days for delivery.

Backorders

If your order is not in stock it will be ordered and shipped when it is available. You may also email info@pranashanti.com for pricing and availability information.

Privacy Policy

Privacy is of paramount importance to us. We do not distribute, rent or sell your information or provide our lists to anyone. The information you provide us including your name, address, phone numbers, email address, purchases, and credit card information is used to process your order or Class, Workshop or Event registration, to answer your questions, to provide us with feedback and to send you periodic mailings about our products and services or upcoming events.

Ensuring secure online purchasing is essential to earn your trust and build a lasting relationship with you. When you make a purchase online, all of your personal and credit card information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet using Secure Socket Layers (SSL).
