PranaShanti Yoga Centre has access to over 100 FREE parking spaces in our 3 parking lots. During the day, free 2 hour street parking is available on the surrounding streets. Evenings and weekends, parking is free in our 3 parking lots on Armstrong Street, identified as ‘P’ on the map above.

PranaShanti is interested in all modalities that heal and uplift.  If you have a workshop or course that you would like to present at PranaShanti please contact us by telephone or email about your proposal.

Energy Exchange Opportunities

Our Energy Exchange Program is designed to offer yoga to those who may not be able to afford to purchase yoga classes or are looking for a way to give back to the community through service. We ask for a 6 month commitment of volunteering your time each week to either help clean and maintain the centre or do postering around the city in exchange for regularly scheduled yoga classes.
