Here's a quick way to massage eye
tension away so you can get back to business.
1.
Link the fingers of both hands together and place the thumbs
inside the corners of your eyes on either side of the bridge
of your nose. Apply gentle pressure and hold for two to three
seconds. Release slightly, then repeat five
times.
2. Using your index finger and thumb,
pinch the top of the nasal bone, between the eyebrows and eye
sockets. Hold for two to three breaths. Release slightly, then
repeat five times.
3. Rub the palms of your
hands together briskly, until they feel warm. Lightly cup your
hands over your eyes, letting them absorb the warmth. Hold for
two or three breaths. Repeat as needed.
These subtle
acupressure techniques help relieve eye fatigue and
tension.
