Each time a negative thought comes up, try
to counter it with a positive one.
Give a friend
or coworker a compliment.
Write down your goals
and achievements with positive language, such as "I am
exercising regularly."
Imagine yourself having
achieved your goals.
By keeping a positive outlook you
will feel happier and start to see more of the good things in
your life.
