Have a big presentation to do
or important meeting coming up? Feeling a little stressed or
anxious? Sit down in a quiet area. Cross your hands over the
centre of your chest. Close your eyes. Inhale deeply for a
slow count of 8. Exhale completely the same way. Repeat for 3
minutes. When the time is done, release your hands, stand up,
inhale and stretch your arms up over your head. Bring your
arms down as you exhale. Open your eyes with a renewed sense
of calmness.
