How can I quiet my mind so I can easily fall
asleep?
If you find it difficult to unwind
before bedtime, try one, or all, of these steps for a restful
night's sleep.
1. Take a warm bath or shower for
a relaxing, calming effect.
2. Wear comfortable
clothing to bed.
3. Keep work-related material
out of the bedroom.
4. Keep your bedroom dark
or very dimly lit.
5. Try a gentle self-massage.
Rub your hands, feet and neck with pure almond oil to relax
your body and settle your thoughts.
