Switching
over to a healthy diet can seem overwhelming at first. Here
are 5 simple steps to get you going:
1. Eat
plenty of fruits and vegetables.
2. Restrict
your intake of salt, sugar and refined flour.
3.
Reduce your consumption of caffeine and
alcohol.
4. Add variety to your diet by trying
new and interesting foods.
5. Never go shopping
when you're hungry.
Eating right makes you feel good
and reduces your risk of developing illnesses such as heart
disease, certain cancers, diabetes, stroke and
osteoporosis.
