Cellulite is a type of fat tissue
in the subcutaneous layer of the skin that contains
constricting bands of connective tissue. It's hard to get rid
of cellulite, but here are a few ways to lessen
it:
1. Improve your circulation with
massage and skin
brushing.
2. Drink more water to flush
out toxins.
3. Reduce your intake of salt and
food preservatives.
4. Exercise daily to improve
circulation and flush toxins from the body.
These
methods for reducing cellulite are simple, natural and
inexpensive.
