1. Type with the pads of your fingers
rather than the tips. Your fingertips relate to parts of the
brain that can affect your stress levels. By typing with the
pads of your fingers, you can avoid triggering
tension.
2. Drink a full glass of water when you feel
tired.
3. Take breaks and place a cool, wet towel on
your face, eyes and back of neck to refresh you and protect
your nervous system.
